Chicken Florentine Meatballs I made these last week and they were a big hit.  My 4 1/2 year old asked to take them in his lunch.  Big win!! Next Saturday, December 21, 2013, we will have Coach Joe Hanson at the gym from 8:30am to 10:30am for an Olympic Lifting workshop. Joe is a Sr. Level USA Weightlifting coach and Bishop Snyder High School Strength and Conditioning coach.  There is a sign up sheet on the bulletin board outside the office.
