First Week Of The Year

Monday launches the first full week of the year and with it our new programming cycle!  We base our programming on you, our family.  Occasionally we program weeks like the one we have coming up to see where we need to tweak things up a bit.  This week Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s WODs are fun, but we are really using them as the litmus test of our programming, to measure where we have been and to plan where we are going to go.  If you miss one of those days we are going to ask you to make it up ASAP.  

Saturday is a Strongman Saturday so we will break out the Big Girl and Big Boy toys for the WOD at 9, but we will also be available to make up the Monday, Wednesday and Friday WODS at 8:30 and 9:30, that’s how important we think these WODs are.

We have gotten a number of question about a challenge to start off the year.  Yes we are having a challenge, but we are using it as prep tool for the Crossfit Games Open.  The challenge will be 40 days and will end the day before the Open begins in.  It will be unlike any challenge we have run before.  The challenge starts on Monday, January 19 and will end on Wednesday, February 25.  We will have an informational meeting at 11:30 on Saturday, January 10th and Saturday, January 17.  This challenge is going to be awesome, so you will want to get to one of these meetings to get all the details.  

This is going to be a great week and a start to an even better year and we are looking forward to seeing you in the gym!
